Good design is transparent.

In the case of web design, users come to the site and quickly find what they are looking for. Web site design should assist the user not interfere in their ability to get things done. I focus on the following design principles when developing web sites:

• Intuitive navigation and site architecture
  
• Clearly communicated company branding and services
  
• Interesting and informative page content
  
• Appealing graphics that are not distracting
  

In addition I prepare a client's web site for search engine submissions by optimizing page titles, content, meta tags and external links. I also use style sheets, templates and dynamic content to expedite both the initial design and ongoing site maintenance.
